Dr Kenneth Oguejiofor is a UK-based Consultant Clinical Oncologist who specialises in the treatment of prostate, kidney, bladder and other urological cancers, as well as head and neck cancers. He qualified as a doctor in 2009 and went on to complete a PhD in cancer research, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 2021. He has many years of experience caring for people with cancer and has trained in some of the UK's leading cancer centres, including a fellowship in proton beam therapy, one of the most advanced forms of radiotherapy available. Alongside drug treatments such as chemotherapy, hormone therapy and immunotherapy, Dr Oguejiofor has particular expertise in modern precision radiotherapy, including highly targeted treatments delivered in just a few sessions, and prostate brachytherapy. He is also an active researcher and has published widely on ways to make radiotherapy more effective and better tailored to each patient.
