iOncology Solutions Ltd is a web-based consultation service only and does not provide or recommend any medical treatment(s) or diagnostic services.

- It makes available methods of communication with a doctor(s) and hosts an online tele-consultation through our platform to allow for enhanced communication and interaction between the User(s).

The tele-consultation (audio-video) between the doctor(s) and the patient will be recorded by default. The recorded audio/video tele-consultations and the documents provided by the patient and the prescription/consultation records by the doctor(s) are available to be downloaded and saved by both the patients and the responsible doctor for a maximum period of 30 days only after which the information will be deleted automatically. Auto reminder to download will be displayed after the tele-consultation on your profiles.
The doctor(s)/medical personal(s) personal information and data provided to iOncology Solutions Ltd while Signing-Up on our platform will be saved securely in encrypted form on our server till such time, they contact us in writing to deactivate/remove their profile from our platform.

NOTICES - We remind you that everyone can read and access your comments. You are not able to erase your own comments.
- All teleconsultations provided by the doctor(s) are recorded, the file is/are available for download by the patient, the doctor and the administrator of the website for a limited amount of time (typically up to 30days following the teleconsultation date).
- Patient uploaded files/documents/reports and doctor’s consultation/prescriptions records will be stored for a maximum period of 90 days on cloud based external drive, the patients and the doctors can request these files by requesting to iOncology Solutions by email at support@ioncosolutions.com after which, these records will be deleted permanently.
- The doctor(s) can write notes of the teleconsultation provided to the patients. Once notes are written, doctor(s) cannot amend these notes, however, doctor(s) can add additional notes as they find it relevant for the teleconsultation services.
COMMENTS - Internet users commenting on the page should behave with respect and honesty at all times.
- Internet users may not post any comments of a commercial / advertising nature. Internet users commenting on the website must only post information which is true and correct to the best of their knowledge. We invite you to share resources (references, links etc.) on health / medical matters where relevant. C. REFUND POLICY
This policy is applicable to teleconsultation service only. iOncology Solutions Ltd is committed to providing quality teleconsultation service to our clients. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair cancellation and refund policy.
Amend Appointment
The client can amend/reschedule the booked appointment by Logging-in on the Patient’s website panel not later than 2 hrs of the confirmed slot. The amended appointment with the same doctor depends on his/her availability.
Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel their booked tele-consultation appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellation Charges: 25% of the total charges paid at the time of booking to cover the admin costs.
Refund
- Confirmed appointment cancelled at least 2 hours in advance is eligible for 75% refund of the total consultation fee.
- No refund of if booking is cancelled less than 2 hrs of scheduled confirmed appointment time slot.
- Refund is processed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation.
- If a doctor cancels a patient’s booked appointment, the patient will receive a full refund of the consultation fee. It is at the discretion of the doctor to provide the reason(s) for cancellation.
Note: Refunds will be processed based on the current exchange rates if the payment was made in a foreign currency.

By booking a teleconsultation, clients agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
D. iOncology Solutions Ltd Liability
iOncology Solutions Ltd (“the Company”) provides its services and all associated content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Accordingly, the Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of its online services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to:
- That the services will be complete, accurate, up to date, or free from errors or omissions. The Company shall endeavour to rectify any identified errors or omissions within a reasonable timeframe.
- That the services will be continuously available or free from interruptions caused by external factors, including but not limited to failures of internet service providers, hosting platforms, communication networks, power outages, regulatory changes, force majeure events, acts of war, censorship, or any other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend the services without prior notice, where reasonably necessary.
- That the services will be fit for any particular purpose, capable of achieving any specific result, or suitable for any user’s individual needs.
- That the services will be free from viruses, malware, or any other forms of harmful or destructive software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable/responsible for:
- iOncology Solutions is only providing a platform for tele/video consultations between the doctors and the patients. The opinions and treatment prescriptions/suggestions given by the doctors at the tele/video consultations or subsequently are the sole responsibility of the concerned doctors/clinicians. iOncology Solutions is not liable for any damages/injuries caused by the opinions/treatment prescriptions/recommendations given by the concerned doctors at the tele/video consultations.
- Any conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or equity.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of income or revenue;
- Loss of business or commercial opportunities;
- Loss of profits or contractual benefits;
- Loss of anticipated savings;
- Loss of data or data corruption;
- Loss of goodwill or reputation;
- Business interruptions or wasted management time;
- Any other loss or damage, whether arising in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, irrespective of foreseeability.
In the event that the Company is found liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of its services, such liability shall, under all circumstances, be strictly limited to a maximum aggregate amount of GBP100 (one hundred pounds sterling only).
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the Company’s liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Company or its employees, agents, or representatives;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Company;
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Company shall not be held responsible for:
- Articles published without the direct collaboration of a medical professional, where such articles are produced by content editors based on publicly available sources.
- The accuracy, legality, or regulatory compliance of information published on the personal pages of registered medical professionals, which remains solely the responsibility of the respective individuals.
- Scientific publications provided by specialist physicians, whose authorship is explicitly attributed within the publication.
The Company, including its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives, shall bear no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the services or any content accessible through them.
The Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any harm, loss, or damage incurred by any user or third party as a result of reliance on the services, nor for any actions taken in reliance on the information provided therein.
